By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 389bet platform — including its sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and promotional features — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you create an account or begin using any 389bet service, whichever occurs first.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional terms that may govern specific products, promotions, or bonus offers on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of that conflict. All supplementary terms are published on the relevant product or promotion page and should be read alongside this document.

389bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 389bet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, or to any future amendment of these terms, you must immediately cease using the 389bet platform and, if you hold an active account, contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 389bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account.

Once your 389bet account is active, you take on a set of ongoing obligations that govern how you interact with the platform, other players, and our staff. These obligations exist to maintain a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all users.

Password and Login Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 389bet support immediately via live chat. 389bet will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account Information Updates: If any of the information associated with your account changes — including your email address, phone number, or payment method details — you are responsible for updating your account promptly. Failure to keep account information current may result in delays in payment processing or verification.

Responsible Communication: You agree to communicate with 389bet staff and other users in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent communications directed at staff or other players will result in immediate account suspension.

389bet supports a range of payment methods specifically tailored for players based in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the 389bet platform.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount at 389bet is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own daily transaction limits which are outside 389bet's control.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 389bet account balance instantly in most cases. Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process during standard banking hours. 389bet is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider network outages or bank processing schedules.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours from the time the request is submitted and approved. Processing time may vary depending on your loyalty tier — higher-tier players receive expedited withdrawal processing. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.

Withdrawal Verification: Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, 389bet may require you to verify your identity and your payment method ownership. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is complete. 389bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud or compliance review.

Funds Ownership: All funds deposited into your 389bet account remain your property and are held separately from 389bet's operational funds. 389bet does not use player funds for any operational, commercial, or investment purpose. In the event of platform closure, player funds will be returned through the original deposit method where technically feasible.

Inactive Account Policy: An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to inactive account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied, providing an opportunity to reactivate the account.

389bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any additional terms published on the specific promotion page. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players at 389bet may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus amount, percentage, and minimum qualifying deposit will be specified on the promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by 389bet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus will be stated clearly on the promotion page. As a general rule, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times across eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed against bonus-derived winnings. Sports betting and casino bets may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion — refer to each promotion's terms for the specific contribution breakdown.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account balance automatically. Expiry periods are non-negotiable and are displayed clearly on each promotion page.

All bets placed on 389bet — whether on sports markets, live events, virtual sports, or casino games — are subject to the following general betting rules. Product-specific rules (e.g., cricket betting settlement rules, slot game RTP and volatility disclosures, crash game provability documentation) are available on the respective product pages and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when 389bet issues a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — for example, due to a network interruption or system error — are not valid and no financial liability is attached. If you believe a bet was accepted but no confirmation was received, contact support within 24 hours with details of the intended bet.

Odds and Prices: All odds and prices displayed on 389bet are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event that an obvious pricing error occurs (e.g., odds of 1000/1 on a near-certain outcome due to a technical error), 389bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been confirmed. This right will be exercised fairly and only in clear cases of manifest error.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. For cricket, the official result is determined by the ICC or relevant national cricket board. For virtual sports and casino games, settlement is determined by the certified output of the game engine. Any dispute regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the official result being published.

Abandoned and Void Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the applicable completion threshold is met, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. The completion threshold varies by sport — for cricket, a match is typically considered valid if at least the minimum number of overs required for an official result has been bowled. Specific thresholds are published on the cricket betting page.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the 389bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — 389bet reserves the right to take action against any conduct it reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your 389bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving your request, 389bet will process the closure and return any remaining balance (subject to verification) to your registered payment method. Suspension or Closure by 389bet: 389bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if any of the following applies: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any regulatory, compliance, or risk management requirement that necessitates account action.

Consequences of Closure Due to Breach: If an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or multiple account creation — 389bet reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including both real-money balances and any bonus funds. 389bet may also withhold funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Any decision to forfeit funds will be communicated to the player in writing via the registered email address.

Reactivation: A suspended account may be reactivated at 389bet's sole discretion following a satisfactory resolution of the issue that led to the suspension. Players wishing to appeal a suspension should contact support with full supporting documentation. 389bet aims to respond to all suspension appeals within 5 business days.

Data Retention After Closure: Upon account closure, 389bet will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations.
